Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a high-functioning, detail-oriented and dynamic customer service representative for an intermediate level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:
- Helping customers in rotation with other Customer Service and Sales Associates
- Answering phone calls and helping customers solve problems and find parts
- Testing water and helping customers solve any water related issues
- Keep the front desk neat and clean in appearance on a daily basis
- Completing weekly cleaning tasks as assigned
- Ensure that pool and spa kits are kept stocked and ready for delivery in the back
- Finding small parts
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Self-starter
- Comfortable working with a variety of customers
- Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
