Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented service technician for an entry level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:

• Filling out notes after completing each service call with detailed list of needed items to complete job. Strong communication with office team to ensure parts are ordered and ready to complete job in timely manner.
• Reading notes prior to leaving for service calls, ensuring all parts and equipment needed has been ordered and is ready prior to departure for day. Keeping customer aware at all times any changes to schedule if delays arise
• Keeping truck clean and organized on a daily basis
• Punctuality on a consistent basis and dressing in a clean and neat appearance
• Attending service meetings on Friday mornings
• Communicating with customers while on the job via phone, and e-mail
• Essential part of the job to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied
• Strong Communication with office staff in regards to ordering parts, schedule changes, and job estimates.

Qualifications:

• Basic hand and power tool usage
• Lifting up to75-100lbs repeatedly
• Customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Mechanically inclined
• Plumbing experience
• Electrical experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.50 per hour
