Thatcher Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Service Scheduler for an intermediate level position to join our growing team.

Job Duties:
- Answer phone calls received in the service department to gather information from customers to write up any service work that is requested
- Billing out service calls and deliveries on a weekly basis
- Attending and contributing to weekly service meetings
- Updating note communication on systems with Customer
- Working with other departments to order and prep parts for service calls
- Tracking vehicles, hours at jobs and comparing for accuracy against billing,
- Follow-up with customers for approvals, payments, and service updates.
- Scheduling residential & commercial service calls, as well as deliveries of commercial chemicals, spas, saunas, and furniture
- Assist with communicating between service technicians and store staff
- Coordinate schedules for on-site service calls, in-store repairs, and benchwork and delivery of product.
- Schedule pool cleaning services, and create routes for pool cleaners
- Ensure pool cleaning vans are kept stocked with necessary chemicals, and all inventory is kept up to date in system.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of scheduling experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience
- Ability to multitask and change priorities quickly
- Comfortable working with customers and vendors via phone calls and emails
