WIDSETH SMITH NOLTING WELCOMES STRONG TO ENVIRONMENTAL DEPARTMENT

Widseth Smith Nolting recently welcomed Paul Strong to its Brainerd environmental team. He has a bachelor of science in natural resources and environmental sciences from the University of Illinois and a master of science in environmental engineering from the University of California.

As an environmental engineer-in-training, Strong is responsible for interpreting criteria for modeling municipal water well systems and water protection plans.

Strong has experience with environmental site assessments and storm water pollution prevention plans. He is involved in computer modeling, environmental review, and conducting field investigations. He is also responsible for general inspection/observation, as well as assisting other engineers in completing designated tasks.

Strong grew up in Southeast and Central Asia, eventually moving to Australia before coming to the United States for college. His family would return to their home in Lake Shore, Minnesota every summer and winter, where Strong grew to love Minnesota.
