Think Mutual Bank Appoints Customer Support VP

Think Mutual Bank has named Amanda Keller Vice President of Customer Support Center. In this role, Keller will oversee the bank’s Customer Support Center and advance business strategies that focus on meeting customer needs. Prior to this role, Keller was the bank’s Assistant Vice President of Customer Support Center. Keller has 15 years of customer service experience at Think having worked previously as a branch manager, Customer Support Center assistant manager, banker and teller.  
 
“Amanda brings a wide range of experience working directly with Think’s customers,” said Jenny Hosfeld, Senior Vice President of Community Banking. “Her leadership of the Customer Support Center will help Think further advance the customer experience over the phone.”
