Think Bank launches bold new branding

It’s a brand new day at Think Bank, which today unveiled a vibrant new visual identity that effectively reflects the organization’s forward-looking, outgoing, customer-centered approach with upbeat colors, a more welcoming design, and a more relatable new tagline. 
 
“I’m very excited about our new look, mostly because it better reflects our customer-centered approach to doing business,” says Paul Mackin, Think Bank’s Chief Executive Officer. “What’s not changing is who we are and why we exist. That our customers know us as friendly, knowledgeable and committed to putting them first are defining values that we are known for. This is truly an exciting time for the organization and the customers we serve.” 
 
“Think Bank has made major advances in how it serves customers over the last few years—with new improvements occurring regularly--so it was a fitting time to develop new branding as well,” says Chad Murray, Senior Vice President of Marketing. “Our new branding platform and marketing messages will reflect what makes us different in a way that helps us stand out.  We look forward to bringing the new branding to life.”

Some significant points:
Still a mutual bank. With the new branding, Think Bank is dropping “mutual” from day-to-day use in its name. Most people shorten “Think Mutual Bank” to the shorter, less formal “Think Bank” already. Think Bank will legally remain a mutual bank and remains committed to being depositor-owned. 
New website. An improved thinkbank.com website will be launched in early 2020.  
Tagline. The new tagline, “Meet Your Money,” illustrates what Think Bank employees do every day – guiding customers to make important financial decisions that impact every aspect of their lives. Think Bank’s mission focuses entirely on helping people build a more meaningful relationship with their money. 
Timeline. Think Bank will be rolling out its new branding over the next several months. 
  • Customers are being informed of the changes beginning today. 
  • In early 2020, a redesigned and updated thinkbank.com will launch.  Think Online will receive visual updates at that time as well. 
  • During the winter and spring months, Think Bank’s ten branch offices will be updated to reflect the new branding. 
  • Media representatives should watch for an invitation to a reception at a newly re-branded Think Bank branch office in the spring.
