Preserve on Maine hires Property and Leasing Managers, Rochester’s first ''Resort Style'' living option to open late 2016

Pinnacle Property Management Services, LLC and Harbor Bay Real Estate Advisors, LLC is pleased to announce the hiring of Rachel Aljets as Property Manager and Letitia Hodenfield as Leasing Manager for Preserve on Maine and announces its office is open and leasing has begun for apartments set for late 2016 occupancy.

 In this role, Aljets will handle all matters related to property management for Preserve on Maine, Rochester’s newest luxury apartment community. Aljets has a strong background in property management having worked in the industry for more than 10 years, specifically in the areas of financial management, leasing, marketing, and customer service for residential apartment properties. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Aljets was a community manager for IRET Properties and Shelter Corporation. Hodenfield’s role as Leasing Manager will include overseeing leasing and marketing efforts for Preserve on Maine. Hodenfield comes to Pinnacle with more than twelve years experience in real estate sales and marketing and most recently was with Keller Williams.
