Pace International Breaking Ground on $1.95 Million Facility Expansion
New Warehouse and Office Space Will Mean More Jobs in Rochester Over the Next 3 Years
Rochester, MN – September 19, 2017: Telecommunications solutions and services distributor, Pace International, announced they will be adding 9,000 square feet of office space and an additional 9,000 square feet of warehouse space to their existing campus, based in Rochester, Minnesota. The physical expansion is in addition to Pace’s existing 48,000 square foot headquarters. Pace will also phase in 22 new jobs over the next 3 years in fields from logistics management to customer service and sales.
“Pace International is nearing capacity, so we are thrilled to expand to accommodate this growth,” said Tim Deutsch, General Manager at Pace International. “We are planning to get a lot of the building expansion done yet this year with completion planned in the spring.”
Pace’s growth won’t only benefit the workforce in Rochester and surrounding areas, but also customers of more than 20 years.

The nearly $2 million project will benefit from the Job Creation Fund that comes from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). Pace International will receive performance-based funding of up to $196,000 for job creation and economic development.
Ground breaks on this project in September 2017 with the plan to have construction finished in March 2018.
