News Release: Local Home Federal Lender is Minnesota Housing Gold!

Rochester, Minn. – Pam Bleifus of Home Federal Savings Bank was named a Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer at the Gold Level for the first half of 2015. As a Minnesota Housing lending partner, Pam helps low- to moderate-income Minnesotans achieve homeownership through affordable mortgage options. 

The Minnesota Housing Top Producing Loan Officer Program awards outstanding loan officers biannually at three levels: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Loan officers meeting the threshold for each level based on regional production are recognized as top producers, and show a deep understanding of Minnesota Housing homeownership programs. 

Minnesota Housing works to provide access to safe and affordable housing. Programs include first-time and repeat homebuyer loans, a first-time homebuyer tax credit, and downpayment and closing cost loans. In addition to homeownership opportunities, Minnesota Housing also offers home improvement loans and finances multifamily housing across the state.

With her twenty-two years of experience in Mortgage Lending and her extensive community involvement, Ms. Bleifus is well known to many members of the housing industry. She is involved with the Rochester Area Foundation, in the First Homes Community Land Trust Program. She is also the current Secretary for the Community Housing Partnership Board and is experienced with First time home buyer loans, Conventional Conforming, Non-Conforming, FHA, VA and rural lending.
