Smyth Companies, a top 10 Printing & Packaging Manufacturer in North America, is seeking Sales Representative that is results driven and customer focused. This role is responsible for sales activities within Rochester, MN area, focused on our Commercial Division. This role is ideal for someone who possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, is a self-starter, who is driven, thinks and acts creatively in finding solutions for our customers. For someone who is a hunter and has the ability to build and execute a successful business portfolio and growth strategy. This role will assist the senior sales team in all aspects of the partnership between Smyth and our customers, having the opportunity to learn our products and services, our marketing tactics and the print industry.If so, Smyth has an opportunity!
Compensation: Fully Commission based, with opportunity of 5-10% of sales revenue
Targeted Portfolio: Build $1,000,000 book of business, which could include smaller accounts, with potential accounts upward of $100,000
