CWS, Inc. Announces Promotion of Three Key Players

Rochester, MN - CWS, Inc. discloses the promotion of three essential leaders: Jonny Yucuis, PJ Calkins and Dustin Hart. 

Jonny Yucuis is named Chief Process Officer. Jonny started out as intern helping clients with their marketing efforts, transitioned into a Project Manager role, then Lead Project Manager. In his 5+ years with CWS, he has helped hundreds of website, software, and marketing projects see a successful and smooth transition from start to finish. Nearly every process can be improved in some way, and as Chief Process Officer, he focuses on improving every single step for the best client experience.

PJ Calkins is named Chief Strategy Officer. PJ has been with CWS for nearly three years, starting out as an Account Strategist, helping clients find the right solution that fits their needs. Within a year, he was leading the Growth-Driven Design transition, as well as offering himself to the content and marketing teams and Leadership Team. PJ has worn many hats since his second year at CWS, and after the company achieved back-to-back record-breaking quarters, he was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. His new role includes managing the marketing and sales efforts for all four CWS brands.

Dustin Hart is named Art Director. Since joining the CWS team in January 2013, Dustin has designed and developed websites for a wide array of clients. As he moves into his new role as Art Director, his aim is to provide a richer user experience, working to ensure the highest level of quality. Dustin is eager to push the creativity of projects as well as the development to new heights to best tell CWS clients' stories through their online presence.
