Rochester, MN – Minnesota Secured Title, a leader in the title and escrow services industry, is excited to announce the acquisition of four new locations with the purchase of Scott County Abstract & Title Co., Inc. and Carver County Abstract & Title Co., Inc. As part of the acquisition, the newly acquired companies will retain all current staff, ensuring that customers continue to experience the same high-quality service they’ve come to expect. The addition of these new locations further enhances the offerings of Minnesota Secured Title, operating as Rochester Title & Escrow Co. in Rochester and under the Minnesota Secured Title name in Austin and Owatonna.
