Bird, Jacobsen & Stevens, P.C. announces that Jeremy R. Stevens has been certified as a Minnesota State Bar Association (MSBA) Board Certified Civil Trial Law Specialist. This certification program is administered by the MSBA and approved by the State Board of Legal Certification. Fewer than 3% of all licensed Minnesota attorneys have earned this distinction.
The Certified Civil Trial Law Specialist designation is earned by attorneys who complete a rigorous approval process, which includes an examination in their specialty area, peer review, and documented experience. Certified attorneys must have demonstrated superior knowledge, skill and integrity in their specific field.
Mr. Stevens practices in the areas of commercial and agriculture litigation, personal injury in both state and federal courts and workers’ compensation. “I am pleased to join my partner Charles Bird, as a certified civil trial specialist and look forward to helping my clients to the best of my abilities now and in the future,” says Stevens.
Mr. Stevens is a native of Harmony, Minnesota, and has been practicing law in Minnesota since the year 2000. He was named a “Rising Star” by Minnesota Law & Politics magazine from 2003-2009, and was named as one of the “Attorneys of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer magazine in 2014. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
