The Construction Partnership, Inc Board of Director's are very excited to announce that James Kelly is back full time at Construction Partnership, Inc as the Executive Director. James has been helping CPI as a part time consultant while acting as the Director of Planning and Construction for Winona State University from August 2015 to February 2017. James has continued representing CPI as a Board of Director for the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Journey to Growth Workforce Development Group. James has over twenty-five years of construction experience in southeastern Minnesota as an Owners Representative, Construction Manager, Design Firm Project Manager and is a Journeyman Carpenter with Local 1382.
