JOB SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Enhancement Foreman is to lead and carry out a variety of tasks related to the growth, maintenance, and care of all types of plants and landscapes across diverse settings. This role also involves delivering exceptional client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions, and providing relevant information as needed. All duties must be performed safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a crew in performing landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, seasonal color installation, and turf renovation.

Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

Ensure work is performed to company standards and in accordance with customer specifications.

Provide excellent customer service by interacting with clients in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Answer questions and offer knowledgeable advice about landscape maintenance and plant care.

Monitor job progress and report any issues or delays to supervisors.

Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Complete daily reports, time sheets, and other required documentation accurately and on time.

Commit the hours necessary to make sure the job is done to satisfaction; this may include weekends and/or holidays

Maintain a clean appearance and conform to the Weller Brothers dress code.

Willingness to learn new techniques and installation practices.
-
Assist in maintaining all company equipment.

Assist with Snow Removal in the Winter Season.

Follow all policies as specified in the Team Member Handbook.

Make decisions that are in the best interest of the company.

Other duties needed to help drive and fulfill the Weller Brothers Mission.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Strong communication skills.

Superior work ethic.

Timely input of hours on LMN software to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Detail-oriented, with considerable attention to order and cleanliness.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and team members.

Strong attention to detail

Experience installing soft scapes, such as edging, mulch, rock, plants, trees and sod.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of two-years experience in industry or related field.

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma/GED
-
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required.
