Greetings, my name is Erica Rice, Outreach Specialist for Workforce Development, Inc. (WDI) out of our Rochester, MN office. Being an Outreach Specialist allows me to network with business leaders and job seekers across our Olmsted County community. My background features education and experience in marketing, sales, corporate training, nonprofit administration, and human resource management. In my presentation, I will share information about WDI’s program scope, our free resources, and the free services we offer to employers. My presentation will demonstrate how I represent WDI’s mission to develop and advance the workforce of Southeast Minnesota by acting as:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
