Kristina Kovacevic is a dynamic professional with a passion for both business and human resources. A graduate of Winona State, she holds a double major in Business Administration and Human Resource Management, complemented by a minor in Business Law. With a rich academic background, Kristina has translated her education into a successful career as the Branch Manager at Altra Federal Credit Union for the past six years. In her role, Kristina has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the financial sector, contributing to the growth and success of her branch. Beyond the career, she is a devoted mother to her son, Liam. Kristina finds joy in exploring new places, traveling, and staying active on the tennis court. Her commitment to both professional excellence and personal fulfillment reflects a well-rounded and accomplished individual. In addition to her professional and personal commitments, Kristina is an active member of the Rochester community. Her involvement reflects a commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace, contributing to the vibrant fabric of the local community.
Kathy Jensen has been with Altra Federal Credit Union since April 2022 as a Business Development Officer and has over 25 years of banking experience. Kathy has held several roles during this time including loan assistant, credit analyst, retail banking manager and business banking officer. This range of knowledge and experience enables her to identify and serve the needs of Altra’s business members. Kathy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Winona State University Paralegal program. She was a Board member for many years on the Gift of Life Transplant House Board and with the Rochester Optimist Club. In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling, especially road trips throughout the US, attending and watching various sporting events and spending time with her family.

The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
