Maria is owner/founder of Grounded Evolution, that is currently evolving into Maria Serbus, LLC. Maria’s background is a 7 year practicing occupational therapist across a variety of settings in Rochester, including Mayo Clinic - pain rehab program. She started her business with a desire to bring her tools and skillset to the busy on-the-go woman juggling all the plates to help her calm and ground her body to be successful & bring joy in life. Maria brings self-care mind-body practices into the everyday routines of people who truly need them, to shift out of stress and overwhelming using biofeedback technology and physiological education to empower people to find their own emotional wellbeing tools to support happier, fuller lives! She is a certified anxiety management specialist, HeartMath Biofeedback professional and trained in using Emotional Freedom (acupressure) technique, Somatic interventions for trauma, and Holistic mind-body interventions.
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
