My career began with a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant, business management with a focus on nutrition. I never dreamed that I would start a health and wellness platform. Probably because the internet didn’t exist back then and I never expected to have an impact on so many people the way I do now. I’ve condensed 25 years of experience and study in nutrition, cooking, exercise, and coaching to help you find a happy, healthy, sustainable lifestyle that works for you!
As the Curator at Living Healthy List, I want you to look at your health and wellness in a different way. Along with the experts who have been hand-selected to represent LHL we are here to help you do that! We have the answers to your most burning health and wellness questions, offer a welcoming community, and provide you with direction so you can be the leader of your own journey!
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
