Jen has over 9 years of experience as a certified professional transformation and executive coach. She takes a holistic approach and is dedicated to each client. She boldly guides you toward your dreams while unraveling limiting mindsets. Her passion is to light the path as you discover all the possibilities within yourself. She believes that everyone has a dream yet unrealized and is excited to be a fierce advocate for your vision. Jen provides individual coaching, team training, corporate coaching, and development workshops. Jen is trained as a life and transformational coach with Life Purpose Institute and as an executive coach by Meta Performance Institute for Coaching.
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks.
