Alisha Arguello, a dynamic professional with a Mass Communication degree from Winona State University. From advocating in the House of Representatives to managing marketing for a rental property group, luxury menswear company, and social media for small businesses, my diverse experiences have shaped my entrepreneurial journey. In 2020, I took the reins of Refashion Consigned Furniture & Clothing.
My roots in guerrilla-style marketing & community development began in high school, organizing flash mobs and community events. As a small dairy farmer's daughter, I've learned invaluable entrepreneurship lessons. During college, I refurbished furniture, waited tables, and assisted small businesses with social media.
Honored with the Advocate of the Year award from the Women’s Resource Center of Winona, I bring passion, resilience, and a commitment to empowering women in business.
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Roundtable provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
