Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.

This month's Roundtable will be facilitated by Certified SCORE Mentor, Kimberly Alwin, and will cover:
  • Simple steps for goal setting
  • Business needs assessment
  • Strategic planning (vision statement and SWAT analysis)
  • Setting SMART goals.

Kimberly Alwin is the co-owner of a local moving company that specializes in the needs of older adults in transition. In addition, she and her husband operate climate-controlled mini storage and a cleaning company.

Alwin, a volunteer mentor with SCORE, works with clients to turn their dreams into reality. Her newest project, SCORE Women MN, seeks to cultivate and empower women in leadership and entrepreneurship throughout Minnesota.
