Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
Speaker Bio: Sylvia DeMott is a psychotherapist turned business coach.
She works with quietly ambitious and sensitive female entrepreneurs who struggle with being visible and sharing their message and would like to grow their businesses and make a greater impact without feeling drained and overwhelmed.
What separates her from other coaches is her expertise as a therapist specializing in anxiety, and because of this, she is able to help clients quickly learn how to take action to reach their goals faster while staying emotionally-centered and true to their message.
Originally from New England, Sylvia lives in Rochester, MN with her two school-aged kids, Forest and Dahlia and their cats, Lavender and Bleu.
