Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.

Heather Donovan and Ann Sand will discuss the multiple facets of banking, with the inside scoop on banking security, deposit accounts, and loans.
Heather Donovan is the Assistant Vice President of Commercial and Home Lending with Sterling State Bank. She has climbed the ladder at Sterling over the past 10 years. Prior to, and during some of her banking career she sold real estate. She attended Arizona State University and received a BS in Accounting Management. Heather has owned 4 properties between AZ, Rochester and Byron. She and her husband have successfully flipped one of these properties and remodeled their current home from top to bottom. They currently live in Byron and have two young girls.
Ann Sand is the Vice President of Commercial Services. She has been in the banking industry for 30 years, and attended University of La Crosse WI for elementary education. She started her career in banking as a teller and has had many different job duties throughout her career. Ann has worked for Sterling State Bank for the past 18 years. She oversees the day to day operations and supports the growth of the banks commercial customer portfolio. Ann lives in Rochester with her husband and has three grandchildren.
Heather and Ann provide customers with the products, technology and expertise with highly personal service and develop relationships that can only come from a community bank like Sterling State Bank.
