Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
Mental health is defined as our emotional, psychological and social wellbeing. It affects all we do – how we think, feel and act – yet is rarely talked about, especially in the workplace. Unfortunately, one of the most prevalent signs of mental health concerns is isolation, during a time when we desperately need support.
In this session, we will discuss Wellness Action Plans (WAPs), a personalized, practical tool designed for anyone to use, regardless of current mental health status. WAPs provide a framework to help us identify what keeps us well at work, what causes us to become unwell and how to address it. This exercise can also be applied to life “off the clock.”
