Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.

“They have no work ethic!” “They have no idea how to interact in person?” “Why are they so connected to their phone?” “It would be easier if they would just text me.”

Sound familiar? While different generations bring new viewpoints and ways of approaching our work, generational differences also create an opportunity for conflict and miscommunication. However, it is our differences that make us stronger. Come to this roundtable discussion to learn about best practices in creating a generation-friendly workplace.

Please note: this will be a facilitated discussion where participants will discuss challenges and ideas from both fellow participants and the facilitator about building bridges between generations to help create stronger teams and organizations.
