Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
This month's topic:
Giving as a Means to Grow Your Business- From choosing the best way for your business to support your community, to spreading the message about your community's needs and what you are doing to help, giving back is one of the best ways to improve your company's reputation and grow the number of customers and clients that walk through your doors.
Rebecca Snapp is the acting Director of Community Engagement and Development at the Rochester Salvation Army. Rebecca began her career as the Assistant Director of Community Engagement, working with The Salvation Army to serve those less fortunate with food, clothing, and shelter, in addition to health and respite care. As director, she is responsible for coordinating the annual Red Kettle Campaign, as well as the annual Taste of the Town Culinary Event and other fundraising events and campaigns throughout the year. She is passionate about the mission of The Salvation Army to do the most good for our community, and she strongly believes that partnerships between The Salvation Army and other community organizations are the key to successfully realizing that mission.

Members of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend. In addition, prospective members are invited to attend twice before setting up a meeting to discuss whether Chamber membership is right for their organization.
