Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.

This roundtable will be featuring presentations by Kaitlin Anderson of Hy-Vee, Sandy Haddick and Zoey Jantsan.

Kaitlin Anderson, RD, LD, is an award-winning supermarket dietitian.  She has spent her entire career with Hy-Vee in Rochester.  She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in dietetics from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, Minnesota, and went on to complete her dietetic internship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 2008.  Kaitlin was named a Hy-Vee "Legendary Customer Service Award" winner in 2013 and "Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year" by the Minnesota Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012.  She transitioned into a new role with Hy-Vee in 2015, now serving as the community relations coordinator for the Rochester Hy-Vee stores. Kaitlin’s community involvement includes the Wellness Works Coalition, Olmsted County Making it Better – Obesity Coalition and the Go Red for Women executive leadership team. You can also find Kaitlin every Tuesday in the Rochester Post-Bulletin—her column is entitled “Cart Smarts.”  Kaitlin’s ultimate goal is to leave the grocery store every day having made at least one person’s life easier, healthier and happier.  Then she goes home to husband, Barret, and their three little boys – Owen, Collin and Finnegan.

Workplace Wellness: How to improve your employees' health and your business bottom line. Creating a culture of wellness at your workplace is important for your employees’ health as well as your bottom line. Kaitlin will provide examples of services Hy-Vee offers to keep your employees healthy including dietitian presentations, meal prep workshops, food deliveries, biometric screenings and on-site flu clinics. Kaitlin will also share local resources for worksite wellness assessments and consultations available through Wellness Works.

Sandy Haddick moved to Rochester from Washington state three years ago with her husband and two boys (now ages 14 & almost 13). She studied Business Administration at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon and proceeded to work in Supply Chain (planning, procurement & logistics) for nearly 20 years. In that profession, she fostered relationships. Relationships with suppliers, with customers, with coworkers, and with other departments. Passionate about planning & travel and with the support of her family & friends, the move to open her own travel agency was a natural fit: instead of moving product, she moves people. In her free time, Sandy loves to travel with her family, watch her boys in various activities, volunteers at the Habitat for Humanity Re-store with her family and spending time with extended family. She truly believes in the BNI philosophy “Givers Gain” and became a BNI flex Ambassador this past summer.

Presentation: Sandy will be presenting travel tips with you for traveling solo how ever many apply to traveling with others too.

She has a passion for helping animals, our environment and will be supporting these causes in her year of service as Miss Minnesota.

Zoey will speak about how her passion for animals and the environment help shape how she leads all phases of her personal and professional life. With so many ways for anyone to get involved, Zoey has dedicated her time and efforts to bringing awareness to great causes and organizations that focus on the longevity of our World.  So come with an open heart and open mind, and leave with the motivation to make a positive change!
