Event Description:
Develop relationships within this supportive group of women leaders who meet the third Friday morning of each month. The Women's Round Table provides a small, safe environment for women to: practice and refine skills, discuss challenges specific to women in positions of leadership, learn together and empower each other to take risks. Join us for a fun, engaging program driven by the needs of the group.
This round table will feature speaker, Denise Stegall of Denise Your Healthy Living Coach.
Bio: The goal for Denise Stegall, Healthy Living Coach, is to help clients to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle based on real food.
Early in her career, Stegall worked in all types of restaurants focusing on nutrition and menu creation, and has seen first-hand how food has changed dramatically over the last 25 years.
Stegall has been fascinated by the new renaissance in healthy food today, with options like farm to table and organic cuisine, and she attends classes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and the New Orleans Cooking Experience. Most recently, Stegall completed the professional plant-based cooking course through Rouxbe.com.
Stegall's experience in cooking and nutrition gives her a unique perspective on what works (and doesn’t work) for most people.
The core of her coaching is based on three principles: Eat Real Food, Make Good Choices, and Be Accountable. With a little planning and guidance, Stegall believes anyone can live a truly healthy life.
“It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being better”.

Members of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce are welcome to attend. In addition, prospective members are invited to attend twice before setting up a meeting to discuss whether Chamber membership is right for their organization.
