With the Southeast Minnesota economy poised for explosive growth, developing, attracting and retaining workforce is more important than ever. Equally important is ensuring that our communities have adequate and affordable housing to meet the needs of these workers.
 
The Southeast Minnesota Workforce Housing Summit – a collaboration of regional chambers, Southeast Minnesota Together, Journey to Growth, the Rochester Area Foundation, and SE MN Association of Realtors – will bring together panels to discuss the challenges of finding, building and financing workforce housing. Attendees from across the region will also have the opportunity to work in small groups to identify the challenges and solutions to addressing the issues in their community.
