In 2023 the Minnesota Legislature passed Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) which will go into effect on January 1, 2026. The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) is leading the implementation of the new program. Join us for an information session on this program for an overview of the program and information on compliance.

Learn how to set up your Paid Leave accounts, designate a Paid Leave Administrator, and make key decisions that will shape how Paid Leave works in your organization.
