Event Description:
The MaxAbility Employment Taskforce invites you to join us for networking and a panel discussion on Interviewing, Hiring, Orientation, Promotion, and Termination.  Greg Griffiths, Attorney of Dunlap & Seeger, Rohne Jauernig, SR Service Partner of Mayo Clinic, and Evie Wold, Program Specialist with MN DEED will provide guidance on best practice on these topics as they relate to people with disabilities. The panel members will also be able to address questions and concerns from the attendees.
 
 
Employment Conversations & Education - The Full Employment Cycle: Interview/Hiring/Orientation/Termination

The MaxAbility Employment Taskforce is charged with maximizing career success for people with employment barriers and to develop opportunities for businesses to meet their hiring needs. MaxAbility does this through its Southern Minnesota Disability Employment Network. The network connects businesses, service organizations, and individuals with disabilities to improve employment conditions and reduce barriers to employment for those with disabilities.
