Participating employers will attend a Diversity 101 education session to prepare their recruiters for the onboarding process and hiring of individuals with disabilities. This unique aspect of the event increases the potential for success for fair attendees.

If your organization is looking to connect with qualified candidates or you are a person with a disability looking for employment opportunities, don’t miss this event.

The MaxAbility Employment Taskforce is charged with maximizing career success for people with employment barriers and to develop opportunities for businesses to meet their hiring needs. MaxAbility does this through its Southern Minnesota Disability Employment Network. The network connects businesses, service organizations, and individuals with disabilities to improve employment conditions and reduce barriers to employment for those with disabilities.

Please contact 507-330-5002 or your preferred relay service if you need to receive this information in an alternative format or if you need accommodations to participate in any MaxAbility event.
