Sonji Davis, Adult & Dislocated Worker Programs Coordinator, with Workforce Development, Inc. will explain what Workforce Development Inc does, the Rochester labor market, and highlight opportunities in our regional economic efforts to help businesses. You'll learn about the brand new I/We Designation, the inclusive workforce employer designation process. The I/We Designation was created to recognize and promote inclusive employers, reduce regional disparities, and bring awareness to the value and methods of increasing workforce diversity. Employers that complete the process will be be formally designated as 'Inclusive Employers' for their commitment to and development of an inclusive and equitable culture within their business and the region. Employers with the designation will be promoted to career seekers not only at Rochester's WorkForce Center, but also at our surrounding SE regional centers.

We highlight the things you love about your neighborhood; like day trips, date nights or an afternoon with the family. Shrpa makes it easy to organize activities and adventures in a fun and informative way to make it possible for other families and friends to have their own unique experiences while following your guidance.
The Hospitality 1st Roundtable is a collaboration of hospitality service providers including transportation, hotels, meeting venues, attractions, restaurants, nonprofits, and other visitor service providers. It is open to all business members in our community. We work in partnership with area businesses, employees, and non-traditional service providers to create an exceptional community experience by focusing on great service and delivery of community assets and services. We help to maximize the usage and understanding of community resources through our community partners including the Rochester Sports Group, the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, and Experience Rochester MN. The group meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at 9:45 a.m. Meeting dates are altered for holidays or special events.
