Hospitality 1st!

Each month, the Chamber and Rochester Convention & Visitors Bureau (RCVB) host a meeting of hospitality businesses, called Hospitality 1^st, at the Chamber’s offices.  This group networks to share information and best practices, follow the progress of Rochester Area development projects, and discuss challenges/opportunities presented by industry changes and regulation.
 
As Destination Medical Center becomes a reality, the hospitality industry will see significant growth.  However, with that expected growth will come significant challenges in the areas of regulation, capacity, and workforce.  By participating in Hospitality 1^st, you would have access to important information for use in your business planning.  More importantly, you would have a voice in shaping the future of the Rochester hospitality landscape.
 
If you are a hotel owner/operator, restaurateur, tour operator, transportation provider, or otherwise serve the needs of the 3 million people that visit Rochester each year, you owe it to your business to check out Hospitality 1^st!  You are encouraged to join us at this, at which we will be charting Hospitality 1^st’s course for this new era.
