Event Description:

This session builds on the basics of respectful communication with a focus on inclusive language, microaggressions, and critical feedback. Participants will have opportunities to practice responding to microaggressions and giving and receiving critical feedback. This session also includes a workplace panel discussion developed around critical content from the series.  

Hosted by: Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, Diversity Council, Workforce Development Inc., and DEED.
