This session builds on the basic concepts of culture introduced in the previous session and further examines cultural competency. More specifically, participants will explore the role of worldview in interactions with others. This session provides opportunities for self-assessment and experiential learning, as well as a learning piece on reframing accommodations for differently abled individuals in the workplace.
