Speaker Bios:
Marty Lenss - Marty Lenss is currently the Executive Director of the Rochester International Airport. He has over 20-years of progressively responsible airport experience. Lenss graduated from the University of North Dakota (UND) in 1993 with a B.B.A. double major in Airport Administration and Business Management. Lenss is a native of St. Louis Park, MN






Bruce Maus - Bruce has over 30 years of experience in real estate and business development including; strategic planning, financing, facility planning, project management and real estate development.  Projects have been completed in twelve states serving many industries. Advisory services by contract and retainer have been provided to local, county and state governments regarding economic development, redevelopment, public financing and financial feasibility.





Joseph Pickering - Joseph has extensive experience dealing with air service development. Joseph is a Business Unit Leader with Mead & Hunt, Inc. and deals primarily with the retention and development of commercial air service within local communities and regions.  Joseph has been with Mead & Hunt, Inc. for over seven years. Prior to joining Mead & Hunt, he held various route planning positions in Delta Air Lines Network Planning department including responsibility for all community issues related to air service. Prior to Delta, he held positions of varying responsibility at America West Airlines (now US Airways) in the Revenue Management and Planning divisions. Joseph’s seven-plus years of consulting and 10-plus years of airline experience in route planning, revenue management, and pricing provide unique insights into industry air service issues. His comprehensive understanding of the dynamic nature of the aviation industry and the current difficulties facing airlines and airports make him uniquely qualified to help communities fully understand and analyze their current air service opportunities. Joseph maintains an extensive network of contacts throughout the airline industry required to successfully address various community air service initiatives.
