The Chamber's Annual Member Celebration is an opportunity for the membership of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce to come together to celebrate the accomplishments for the past year.
This is the annual gala celebrating the ever-growing success of our
business community. Over 600 members attend this premier
event for power networking, great food and recognition of the achievements of our members.
Menu for the Evening
Salad: Arugula and mixed greens with shaved parmesan, toasted pine nuts, dried fig and cherry tomato with a orange-lavender dressing
Entrée: Sliced beef tenderloin with a horseradish and dijon crust and a brandied shallot demi glace, creamy leek and potato gratin, oven roasted broccolini
Vegetarian Entrée: Ratatouille and goat cheese Napoleon with Quinoa pilaf, sun dried tomato cream sauce and oven roasted broccolini
Dessert: Alternating, Pumpkin Chai Bavarian with a gingersnap crust, pecan crumble and caramel & Chocolate hazelnut entremets
