Aaron is a proud veteran of the US Army with twenty years of active-duty service. Upon leaving the military, Aaron was hired as the General Manager for Transcend Employee Engagement and was eventually appointed as their President and Lead Human Capital Consultant. Today, Aaron is the CEO and Founder of Meyers Workforce Solutions whose mission is to raise organizational productivity with employee engagement technology, customized recognition programs, and by aiding executive leaders with strategic human capital design and measurement.
As a Senior Human Capital Research Fellow for The Conference Board, he serves as a Steering Committee Member of the Federal Forum and the Culture, Engagement, and Experience Institute. Aaron has a lifetime of experience in strength maintenance and in economic and governance related civil capacity operations. Aaron has an MBA with an emphasis in International Business from Texas A&M International University and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in organizational development and leadership at Liberty University’s School of Business. His awards include election to the MNARNG’s Recruiting and Retention Hall of Fame and he was inducted as Minnesota’s charter member of the Honorable Order of St. Cajetan which recognizes meritorious human capital achievements.
