This annual Gala celebration brings Chamber members together to celebrate and look forward to the upcoming year. We will present awards for Volunteer of the Year, Ambassador of the Year, Lamp of Knowledge and Business of the Year.
Keynote Speaker
This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Mehmood Khan, Executive Vice President, PepsiCo Chief Scientific Officer, Global Research and Development. As chief scientific officer, Dr. Khan leads company-wide research and development (R&D); recruits highly regarded clinical scientists, global health leaders and medical experts; launches research projects with leading universities; and opens advanced R&D facilities.
As Executive Vice President, Dr. Khan leads a global team of experts in nutrition, medicine, research, science, marketing/branding, ingredient sourcing and product innovation.

Sliced heirloom tomato, buratta cheese, arugula, basil, basil oil, balsamic
reduction, grilled crostini

Herbed Filet Mignon
Chip garnish with truffle essence
Light horseradish mashed potato
with caramelized carrot puree with maple smear and baby green beans
Vegetarian Option
Wild mushroom and goat cheese strudel, parsnip mashed potato,
sautéed Swiss and rainbow chard, roasted tomato coulis
Dessert Course
Thin chocolate shell filled with salted caramel, chocolate Crémeux and a
black currant Bavarian on a toasted almond crumble, with fresh berries
