Why should you care about the advancement of women in business? It's economics - organizations perform best when they tap the full potential of all their talent.

The Center for Women in Business (CWB), a program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce recently released the report Advancing Women to the Top, with research advisor McKinsey & Company.

Roberta Phillips, CWB Executive Director and Natalie Masri,CWB Senior Director will present findings from this study, followed by a panel discussion and networking reception.

The Advancing Women to the Top study examines the best practices of twelve Fortune 1000 companies that are good at developing women at the board, C-Suite and management levels. Phillips and Masri will challenge the men and women in the audience to commit themselves and their organizations to developing and supporting more women at higher levels in business and community leadership roles.
