Keynote Speaker: James Robilotta

James Robilotta, CSP®, Author, Certified Speaking Professional™, Trained Improv Comedian, and Entrepreneur
Let's talk about who you are personally as a leader and as a partner. As humans, we can't learn things from people who are perfect, we can only learn things from people who are imperfect. So, it is time to own who you are so you can be real to others and lead through your faults.

This deep but hysterical session will leave you feeling introspective about the person you show to others and recognize the rapport and trust building power of authenticity in your communication and relationships. If you're looking to master the art of courageous feedback and authentic relationship building, this is the session for you.

Workshop: Elevate Your Skills
Dive into an engaging and informative workshop with several topics to pick and choose from. Our workshops are led by industry experts offering insight, advice, and training to impact your skills, both in business and in life. Pick from one of the following topics:

  • The Use of Lean Strategies to Enhance Leadership Behavior Ronald Menaker

Ronald Menaker, Ed.D., FACMPE, MBA, Administrator-Emeritus at Mayo Clinic

This workshop utilizes the concept of the “waste walk” to identify how leaders may be wasting their energy along with specific strategies to mitigate or eliminate the time and energy losses that are normally part of day-to-day leadership.  By utilizing the specific strategies discussed attendees will be in a better position to enhance their effectiveness, getting their “life back” so that 50-60+ hour weeks are the exception, not the norm.

  • The Power of Transparent CommunicationAnn Dugstad
Ann Dugstad, Founder and Principal Consultant, Extraordinary Workforce
In this dynamic and highly relevant session, we will explore how transparent communication can transform workplace culture, improve trust, and enhance team alignment—especially in periods of change. Participants will gain practical tools for fostering clarity, consistency, and accountability in their organizations without falling into the trap of oversharing.

Panel Discussion: Developing Key Leadership Skills and Behaviors
In today’s fast-paced and ever-evolving workplace, leadership isn’t a title—it’s a mindset.
